Hong
Liu Hong is the CEO of chinasoftsolutions and one of the founding partners. Prior to joining CSS in May 2009, Mr. Liu worked for Lenovo and Digital China for more than 18 years and was Executive Director of the Lenovo worldwide Consumer Software and Peripheral Business. Mr Liu brings his vast experience and close relationships with all the major PC manufacturers and Distributors in China to chinasoftsolutions
Mr. Liu was an assistant VP of Lenovo Group and General Manager of Lenovo printer and digital products. He was the founder of the Lenovo printer and peripheral business and led Lenovo in capturing the No. 2 market share in China. He spent 16 years in the printer industry and 5 years in consumer electronics and software. He led the Lenovo team in developing unique accessories and products for the consumer PC market.
Mr. Liu twice won the Lenovo Top Award, the Lenovo Prize, an honor accorded to fewer than 5 executives in Lenovo history. He also was a torch bearer in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
Mr. Liu holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Software Technology from Peking University. He received his EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Wang
Jack Wang has 14 years of experience in international marketing, strategic consultancy and market research, including 6 years in China, 4 years in Singapore, 2 years in Malaysia and 2 years in Hong Kong. Mr. Wang has helped more than 150 companies from 30 countries successfully penetrate the China market.
Jack Wang holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore, honored degree in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth, U.K, and BA in Economics from Anhui University, China.

Zhou Nian has more than 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Government Relationship & Public Affairs leadership positions in the China IT Industry.
Mr. Zhou served as division GM of Legend Group and Digital China for more than 10 years, and as co-founder & VP of Lerrin Technologies Ltd, a leading printing solution provider. Mr. Zhou also served as the deputy director of the Education & Training Committee of the China Software Industry Association.
Mr. Zhou holds a MBA degree from China Europe International Business School and a Masters in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.

Jim Hall is the founder of chinasoftsolutions and a seasoned Sales and Business Development Executive who has contributed to the success of many companies over the past 12 years. Before founding chinasoftsolutions, he specialized in bringing software and peripheral sales to IBM and Lenovo worldwide business. He excels in getting emerging technology in front of the right decision-makers and propelling unknown products into the worldwide market. His success rests in the trust and respect he has built over the years by bringing quality companies together with IBM, Lenovo and other worldwide companies.
Mr. Hall has a rare knowledge of the worldwide software landscape, especially in the USA and China markets. He has developed an extensive array of relationships with OEMs and distributors based in China and is able to leverage those relationships to bring cost-effective strategic marketing, sales, business development and China market entry professional services to high-technology companies throughout the world.
Mr. Hall led InterVideo to win the preload business for all IBM/Lenovo ThinkPads and Desktops worldwide which resulted in over $30M per year in revenue. He also completed other successful deals bringing digital cameras and printer/scanner software into IBM and Xerox Corporation markets worldwide.
Mr. Hall holds a Computer Science degree from George Mason University.

Prior to consulting with chinasoftsolutions, Mr. Ascani was Chief Financial Officer at Persystent Technology Corporation (dba Persystent Software), an innovator in advanced PC recovery software applications.
Mr. Ascani has worked for domestic and international corporations, such as Intuit (software), CP Ships (container shipping), and Intermedia Communications (telecommunications), and offers a wealth of executive software experience to chinasoftsolutions’ partners.

Jessica Gao has more than 4 years of experience managing the Lenovo supply chain. Miss Gao helped Lenovo set up a new production plant in Mexico and introduced the whole supply chain management system to her Mexican colleagues as well as actively solving technical problems that arose during set-up.
Prior to joining chinasoftsolutions, Miss Gao worked closely with Lenovo's OEMs and gained valuable Procurement experience including supplier sourcing, product testing, factory audits, marketing forecasting, and contract negotiation. Miss Gao was also responsible to control and balance world wide inventory while driving cost down by working with brokers/scraps/reworks to reduce world wide excessive inventory.
Miss Gao holds a BA degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
